This website is operated by Deziyre ("we", "us"). By using this website you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy.

2. Nature of the website

This website is informational. Collections shown are previews and may change before launch. Prices, availability and delivery terms for our collections will be published when our store goes live.

3. Made-to-measure orders

• Orders are confirmed on WhatsApp once design, fabric, measurements, price and timeline are agreed and the advance is received.
• Made-to-measure pieces are created for you and are not returnable; we will alter for fit within 7 days of delivery at no charge where measurements were provided by us or taken at our studio.
• Minor variations in shade, print placement and hand-embroidery are inherent to the craft and are not defects.
• Timelines are estimates and may be affected by fabric availability or events beyond our control.

4. Intellectual property

The Deziyre name, logo, designs, photographs and website content are our property and may not be reproduced without permission.

5. Careers and supplier submissions

By sending us a CV, portfolio or supplier profile you confirm the information is accurate and that you have the right to share it.

6. Liability

Our liability for any order is limited to the value of that order. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under Indian law.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at our registered place of business have exclusive jurisdiction.

8. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this website at the time of your order applies.
