Senior Fashion Designer — Women's Wear

Lead Deziyre's seasonal collections across kurtis, co-ords, tops, trousers and dresses. You'll translate global trends into designs our customers love, and own the journey from sketch to approved sample.

What you'll do

• Research runway, street and marketplace trends; build seasonal mood boards and colour stories
• Design 40–60 commercially viable styles per season across categories
• Create detailed tech packs with measurements, construction notes, trims and BOM
• Work with pattern masters and sampling tailors to perfect fit and finish
• Present collections to leadership and merchandising; iterate on sell-through feedback
• Mentor junior designers and review their work

What we're looking for

• Degree/diploma in Fashion Design (NIFT, Pearl, NID or equivalent)
• 4+ years designing women's wear for a brand, export house or manufacturer
• Strong hand sketching plus Adobe Illustrator/Photoshop; CLO3D a plus
• Deep understanding of fabrics, drape, construction and costing
• Portfolio demonstrating both contemporary and Indian-ethnic sensibilities

Nice to have

• Experience at a fashion retail brand or D2C label
• Print/embroidery development
• Basic garment costing

Compensation

Competitive with industry standards, based on experience and skill assessment. Performance incentives apply for production, quality and sales roles.
