Sampling Master Tailor

Turn patterns and sketches into perfect first samples. You'll work directly with our designers on proto, fit and final samples for kurtis, co-ords, dresses and suits.

What you'll do

• Stitch proto, fit, size-set and PP samples to a couture standard
• Suggest construction improvements for fit, durability and production efficiency
• Handle delicate fabrics — chanderi, organza, satin, georgette — with care
• Document construction sequence for the production team

What we're looking for

• 5+ years as a sampling/master tailor in women's wear
• Expert on single-needle, overlock, flatlock and specialty attachments
• Strong eye for finishing, symmetry and measurement accuracy
• Comfortable working from tech packs and pattern sets

Compensation

Competitive with industry standards, based on experience and skill assessment. Performance incentives apply for production, quality and sales roles.
