Production Supervisor / Line In-charge

Run the stitching lines that make Deziyre collections on time, every time. Plan operations, balance lines, track output and ensure quality at source.

What you'll do

• Plan daily production, line balancing and operator allocation
• Ensure adherence to sealed samples, measurement specs and SOPs
• Track hourly output, WIP and efficiency; resolve bottlenecks
• Coordinate with cutting, finishing, QC and merchandising
• Train operators and maintain discipline, safety and housekeeping

What we're looking for

• 4+ years supervising sewing lines in a garment factory
• Knowledge of IE basics — SMV, efficiency, line balancing
• Strong people management and communication skills
• Working knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets for reporting

Compensation

Competitive with industry standards, based on experience and skill assessment. Performance incentives apply for production, quality and sales roles.
