Pattern Master / Pattern Maker

Own the fit. Draft, grade and digitise patterns for Deziyre's women's wear across sizes XS–5XL, and ensure every sample and production run matches the approved measurements.

What you'll do

• Draft base patterns from tech packs, sketches or reference garments
• Grade patterns across the size range and prepare markers with minimal wastage
• Conduct fit trials, record corrections and update patterns
• Create cutting instructions and support cutting masters during production
• Maintain a pattern library with version control

What we're looking for

• 5+ years pattern-making experience in women's wear (western + ethnic)
• Expertise in manual drafting; CAD (Gerber, Lectra, Optitex or Tukatech) strongly preferred
• Deep understanding of body measurements, ease and fabric behaviour
• Ability to read tech packs and communicate with designers and tailors

Compensation

Competitive with industry standards, based on experience and skill assessment. Performance incentives apply for production, quality and sales roles.
