Merchandiser — Collections & Retail

Plan what Deziyre makes, how much and when. Own the collection calendar from range planning and costing through production tracking, launch and sell-through analysis.

What you'll do

• Build seasonal range plans, costings and time-and-action calendars
• Coordinate sampling, approvals and production milestones with design and making teams
• Track fabric, trims and production; flag risks early
• Plan launches with marketing and retail partners; analyse sell-through and reorders
• Manage shipping and documentation for domestic and international dispatches

What we're looking for

• 3+ years merchandising at a fashion brand, retailer or apparel company
• Strong understanding of garment costing and production processes
• Excellent written and spoken English and Hindi
• Highly organised with Excel/Google Sheets proficiency

Compensation

Competitive with industry standards, based on experience and skill assessment. Performance incentives apply for production, quality and sales roles.
