Cutting Master

Lead fabric spreading, marker placement and cutting for sampling and production with minimum wastage and maximum accuracy.

What you'll do

• Plan lay and marker as per size ratio and fabric width
• Cut with straight-knife and band-knife machines; handle prints, stripes and delicate fabrics
• Number, bundle and ticket cut parts for the sewing lines
• Track fabric consumption and report shortages/excess

What we're looking for

• 3+ years as a cutting master in a garment unit
• Understanding of shrinkage, grain, matching prints and checks
• Basic math for consumption and marker efficiency

Compensation

Competitive with industry standards, based on experience and skill assessment. Performance incentives apply for production, quality and sales roles.
